Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing WordPress solutions for our clients, optimizing themes, and ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness. You will collaborate with designers and other developers to bring creative projects to life while ensuring the best user experience across all platforms.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Proven experience with custom themes and plugins development.
- Extensive experience with Elementor or Elementor Pro.
- Strong background in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Experience working with MySQL databases and version control (Git).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of the WordPress core structure and PHP framework.
- Solid experience with WooCommerce (desirable).
- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Requirements:
- Ability to develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
- Proficiency in creating custom Elementor widgets.
- Strong experience in creating mobile-first and responsive websites.
- Comfortable with AGILE methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
